"HoistSmarter™ will accept any standard chain Hoist return as long as it’s in an unused condition, in original packaging and is ‘as new’. All returns will be processed for a refund of your purchase price, minus the original shipping and handling costs and subject to the 25% restocking fee. Custom-rigged systems where the warehouse has had to modify a hoist or extend the lift height cannot be returned"
